Happy Birthday, Thumper! Our sweet, cuddly teddy bear turned 5 today. He is a sweetheart. Thump loves to be picked up and just held. He will nuzzle his face against yours and purr loudly. His favorite toy is a little ball if he can find it. More often than not, the ball is hidden in a secret place. See, Thumper likes to play hockey around 2 or 3 in the morning. Kinda hard to sleep with a ball bouncing loudly against the walls and furniture. We love you, Thumpie!

 

 

 

Today is Peanut's 5th birthday. She is just a tiny little thing, barely seven pounds. She is full of energy, prancing around the house like a little deer. She loves to play with little mice that rattle. Toss a mouse and she may bring it back to you with the tail between her teeth and the body swinging back and forth. She is terrified of storms and will hide in the closet until the last drop of rain has fallen. Her asthma seems to have subsided. No attacks for several years. She sleeps by my head and rearranges my hair all nite long. She is the best!

 

Cemetary near Ponca Springs, CO with a great view of Mount Shavano. Every spring the snow melts on the 14,239-foot slopes of Mount Shavano leaving an outline called "The Angel."
